NH DHHS Searching for Missing New Hampshire Hospital Patient, Seeks Public Awareness and Assistance

Nyabungye TembasiConcord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services announces that a longtime patient eloped from New Hampshire Hospital (NHH) late yesterday, March 19, 2024, after leaving the Clinton Street campus and failing to return.   

The patient, identified as Nyabungye Tembasi, is not believed to be a danger to the community and has a supervision status, including less restrictive movement around the Hugh Gallen State Office Park campus, and was appropriately walking outside at the time. All protocols were followed.  

The patient is a 31-year-old Black male, approximately 5’11” and 185 lbs. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black jacket, and black sneakers with white trim. State Office Complex Police is working with local and state law enforcement to locate this individual.
