Public notice on the application by the Department of Health and Human Services for federal funds to plan for and provide services to infants and toddlers with disabilities ages birth through two years as provided for under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEIA, reauthorized 2004), is provided during the period: March 17, 2023 to May 16, 2023.
