RFP-2023-BEAS-08-SOCIA: Social Isolation Reduction Strategies

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals from vendors to develop a program that reduces social isolation, which has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to prevent mental, emotional and physical decline for individuals 60 years of age and older, who identify as home-based, or who are otherwise socially isolated.
