RFP-2023-BFCS-02-EDUCA: Educational Surrogate Parent Training for FCESS

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals to increase the number of volunteer Educational Surrogate Parents (ESP), who are trained, certified, and appointed by a representative of the Department of Health and Human Services, to represent the developmental interests of children with developmental delays or disabilities, when no parent can be identified or located to participate in the Part C Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) process.
