RFP-2024-DPHS-02-THERA: Therapeutic Cannabis Registry

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is published to solicit proposals for a web-based therapeutic cannabis registry system. The Therapeutic Cannabis Registry will increase the Department’s ability to adapt to evolving state policy requirements, as well as program and client needs; ensure that the Department follows industry best practices and approaches to systems development, interfaces, flexible data and use, and security; increase process improvements and cost efficiencies in program administration; provide a reliable, public-facing web-based system that is accessible, secure, and user-centered; and provides merchant card payment and refund services.
A Vendor’s Conference will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, 11:00 AM ET.
