Concord, NH – The NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is notifying the public that its Southern District Office, located at 3 Pine Street Extension, Suite Q, Nashua, New Hampshire, is closed until further notice due to extensive water damage inside the facility.

While the office is closed, staff will continue to process applications and cases from other DHHS locations.

DHHS regrets any inconvenience this may cause, and is working to provide alternative services to affected clients, and appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation during this time.

While the office is closed, DHHS will provide services for Southern District Office clients as follows:
