Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has announced that the Southern District Office (DO) is moving to a new facility at 26 Whipple Street in Nashua, effective March 20, 2018. Relocation of the DO staff and equipment will begin on Friday, March 16, after the close of business.

In order to ensure that the new location is fully operational on March 20, the Southern DO will be closed on Monday, March 19.

DHHS is working closely with Southern DO clients to ensure they have up-to-date information on the move, and has rescheduled necessary appointments to minimize disruptions to clients’ schedules.

“The Department is excited to begin operations at the new location. I commend the staff of the Southern District Office for all of their efforts to limit disruptions to clients during the move,” said Jeffrey A. Meyers, DHHS Commissioner. “Our top priority before, during and after this move is for our clients to continue to receive timely services they have come to expect from us.”

While the physical and mailing address will change, all phone numbers for the Southern DO staff will remain the same. The Southern DO main phone number will remain 603-883-7726, or toll free at 1-800-852-0632. TTD Relay is 1-800-735-2964. Some voicemail or email accounts for some staff members may not be in service during the relocation. Individuals unable to reach Southern DO staff during the relocation can contact the Client Services Center at (800) 852-3345 for assistance.
