RFA-2023-DEHS-04-EMERG: Emergency Solutions Grant

Division for Economic and Housing Stability

This Request for Applications (RFA) is published to solicit applications for services to increase the wellbeing and health of New Hampshire citizens by preventing and reducing homelessness, and increasing successful placements to permanent housing. Services are funded by the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
Vendors may apply to provide services for any or all of the following program components:

  • Street Outreach
  • Rapid Re-Housing
  • Homelessness Prevention
  • Housing Stabilization

The Department of Health and Human Services (Department), Bureau of Housing Supports (BHS) anticipates awarding up to three (3) contracts to different Vendors, with the goal of having services available in the geographical regions as indicated below.

  • Coos, Carroll, and Grafton Counties (Street Outreach, Rapid Re-Housing, Homelessness Prevention and Housing Stabilization)
  • Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties, excluding the towns listed for Greater Nashua as indicated below. (Rapid Re-Housing, Homelessness Prevention and Housing Stabilization)
  • Greater Nashua (City of Nashua and towns of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, and Mont Vernon) (Street Outreach)
