The Bureau for Family Centered Services works closely with community-based service providers to support positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. BFCS views this as a collaborative relationship in which valuable partners provide coordinated, comprehensive, family-centered systems of services for children and youth with special health care needs and their families and caregivers across New Hampshire.
