The NH Cancer Collaboration is a CDC-funded program that looks at the burden of cancer in New Hampshire, implements strategies, and creates plans to control it.
The NH Cancer Collaboration (NH CCC) is a CDC-funded program that enables all 50 states, the District of Colombia, eight tribal groups, and seven US Associated Pacific Islands/Territories to:
- Maintain a state cancer coalition
- Look at the burden of cancer in New Hampshire
- Implement proven strategies for cancer control
- Create cancer plans and put them into action
