This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals for the provision of a consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Department’s Medicaid Care Management (MCM) model and other complementary health and human services within the Department. The goals of this contract include evaluating the performance of the current MCM model in meeting the physical, behavioral, and human service needs of the population and identifying additional models that may optimize the delivery of services and improve outcomes for those served.
